What's the difference in the 2 products? With 3 coats of clear with orange peel which would you recommend with a wool pad?

You have to sand first if you want the OP gone. Having three coats is a good thing.

You want to wet sand first to remove the orange peel THEN polish using a good compound. I haven't used Turbo Cut but the Mystic Cut works great after the surface has been sanded flat.

Is the orange peel in the base color or the clear or both?

In most finishes it's in the clear but there can be some irregularities in the base with some paints.

Turbo cut is an old style abrasive better suited to fiberglass. Mystic is just as fast but easier to use and will get you a better result.

I was curious to opinions on Wizard's other products. I've used the Mystic cut (thanks Len) but was curious about other products such as "Finish Cut" and "Scratch Remover".

I think through all of Roberts experiments and creations in his Ultra Professional world of detailing is why we now have Wizard compound and push it's effectiveness. I'm pretty sure can get other Wizard to finish the procedure.

However, he DOES stock in the store something you should focus on which is linked below. It along with its SWIRL REMOVER works fantastic and has a long standing of doing so for well over 30 years. Check out the product below and the array of Presta on the second link. Forgoet about their compound (Ultra Cutting Conpound) because although it works fantastic it incorporates just too many steps. That's how SURE FINISH came into play and now Wizards. I would try the Swirl Remover and/or the Chroma1500 Glaze:

I do use Presta and actually like it a lot. 1500 polish seems to be my goto at this point. I was asking about feedback on other Mystic products..

We used Presta products for years and I still have some around here but since we moved to Mystic Cut we don't use most other products. As far as other mystic products I have used Mist-N-Shine but not Turbo Cut. I just put a bunch of Wizard products in the online store and if you want to try them you can find them scrolling down the page HERE (http://autobodystore.net/Merchant2/merchant.mvc?Screen=CTGY&Store_Code=ABS&Category_Code=M3). If you do use any of these products we would be interested in your feedback.
