I just got a 2005 chevy silverado. I look like the owner used it for a trail rider. I now how to get all the scraches out i washed it 3 times the surfece fells like sand paper what should i do to remove itif i rub on it it comes off but the hole truck is like that.

The best it's going to get is probably going to be achieved by sanding it with 1500 and finer grit sandpaper then buffing it. If you have a good orbital sander you could do the sanding quickly and easily but sanding by hand can be done if a sander isn't available but you will need a buffer to remove the sanding scratches. Not sure I would opt for sanding an OEM paint unless you have tons of experience to know what you're looking for. You might want to try a CLAY bar then go from there. Look at the entire link Len posted of Robert doing the buffing. You can get your paint back but proceed gingerely.
