I got my new plus spray gun today, looks great, should I do anything to it before trying to spray.
Should I grease it or run thinner in it or just practice with some paint.
O yea, I got a good laugh at your packaging materials, green paper, what else would I expect.:D

I guess you could spray a little thinner just to make sure there are no contaminants in it but I've never had a problem with a new gun. If you haven't already seen it you may want to look at the videos at the top of the General Discussion board.

check the nozzle to make sure it is snug. my packings were loose too. if it pulsates,bubbles back into the cup, or leaks these are your most likely problems....but chances are you will be fine... ;)
