I have had this car about 5 years now. I just welded up some extra dash holes for the radio it had. Now I need to paint the dash and an area in the trunk that I repaired. It's getting closer and closer each year lol I had to put a new quarter on the passenger side, now lower quarter on the drivers side, used shock tower on passengers side, used battery apron, new core support and two small patches on the floor. Most all of the damage was from an accident it was in over 30 years ago. It sat in the guys garage for 22 years before I bought it five years ago, and the guy I bought it from was not sure how long it sat before he picked it up. I know the coins I dug out when taking it apart were in the late 70's :) It's a complete Hipo car with a numbers matching engine, transmission, and 9". The only part that was not stalk for running gear was the carb, and I have replaced that now. The original engine is not done, I have rebuilt a 65 block for the car until the correct engine is sleeved and rebuilt.

I have a 66 GT Mustang Fastback and a 67 Camaro SS Convertible waiting their turns.

It should be fun when I get it going. I need to get the dash done, so that I can put it together and start the engine up. I may just drive it primed for awhile.

I'm in Alabama...welcome to the board

I've got several
7857

Two 65 coupes...an I6/4spd car that is pictured on the rotisserie and a V8/auto that I drove in high school
Two 65 fastbacks...an I6/auto that is pictured in front of the rotisserie car and an A code/4spd parked in the back against the wall
Two 64.5 convertibles...an F code/3spd that is pictured on the frame rack and a D code/auto car that isn't pictured.

I've also got a low mileage 87 5.0 LX convertible I'll be parting out for the drivetrain and a 30k mile 2004 V6 convertible I'm gonna try to paint over Christmas vacation

Here's a car I restored and sold several years ago
7858 7859
It was C code/auto car that I restored with a late model 5.0 (carbureted) and changed the colors from Arcadian Blue/Blue vinyl to Vintage Burgundy/Palamino and black pony interior

Now I just need to make time to get out there and work on my projects

hey Henry! Yes we're all doing fine. My wife has retired (about 6 months ago) and now I've got plenty to do once I get home. We've decided to give our oldest son's family new flooring for Christmas, so that means I'll be putting in several hundred sq ft of hardwood flooring around the holidays...ugh.

I've got most of my wreck rebuilding caught up, so I've really got no other excuse not to work on my own...
