I've watched Robert's detailing video a few times now (great resource) and was wondering if the Sure Finish Polishing Pads Len sells are the same ones Robert uses in his video? I am particularly interested in getting the larger flexible backing pad he uses on the high speed polisher.

Also, is it possible to get out the swirl marks left from a wool pad cut with a Makita high speed polisher by simply switching to a orange/black foam pad and SF polish? I have the high speed and was hoping to not have to get another machine like the Makita BO6040 dual action as I am a hobbyist and only refinish a car every 5 years or so.

YES, the Sure Finish and ALL the pads Robert uses, he also helped create and everything is available through Len's store (I think exclusively thru Len). Here are you pads:

And here is removing swirls done by the man himself, Robert:

Have to give credit where it's due plus I like the guy. Here is a link to Robert detailing millions of dollars worth of car over the past couple weeks. There are detail shops, then there is Robert. Have a look:

I am also interested in the pad Robert was using in the video. Is it the 7 1/2 wool compounding pad with 7 1/2 backing plate? The pad looks than the backing plate in the video. Thanks
