Good afternoon,
Spent my weekend putting back bits and pieces, and doing all kinds of little touch ups and details. I have a problem on my hood or at least I think it is a problem. Put the hood back on last week, sanded down with 3M trizact 1500 after blocking with 2000, finished up with 3000.
I know that you folks don't sell the meguiars I am using, so it's shame on me for not Hearing about you prior to the start of this project and just maybe I would not be in the straits I find myself, so any help would be more than appreciated.
Compounded with Meguiars 105 with a rotary buffer and a 3M 5917 wool pad.
Polished with Meguiars 205 and Black LC foam
Finished with Menzerna and a LC Gold Jewel Pad.
After all of this I saw a pigtail ii the sidelight and I chased it, using the Trizact 1500 and 3000.
Re-polished and compounded the area, even now it does not have the same "depth or brightness that it originally had.
