ok i tried to paint my car again to day and i have a new problem that as come up i've painted the car and getting area,s in the paint like a web affect in the basecoat what would you guy advise sand the car down and take off the paint i put on the first time i painted it or just flat it off and primer all the panels the whole of them not just the areas affected sorry im kind of new to this let me know if you need any more infomation
plus if anyone knows what i done wrong that would be a bonus so i can try and learn from my mistakes

What type of paint are you using? It sounds like you're getting a reaction when you spray over the original job. Some paint products are more susceptible to this than others and you may need to remove the paint to get it to stop. This is one of the reasons people may choose more expensive paint products because they can have less tendency to react like this when recoated. If you can post a picture of the problem we would have a better idea of exactly what is going on.
