Pretty new to lacquer, so please forgive my ignorance. Anybody got any input on wait time before waxing fresh lacquer paint? Also is there anything different about waxing lacquer? The paint I am talking about is about 2-3 months cured, no bake, has been sitting in 60-70deg.

That's plenty of time. You can wax it, if you wish.
