can anyone give any suggestions for a good cheap gun? i mainly just paint motorcycle tanks and fenders, b/c c/c. i had a nesco gravity feed that did a real good job. it burned up with my building last week. i dont really have a whole lotta cash to spend because there are several things my insurance will not cover. any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

A Porter Cable PSH1 is very inexpensive. I purchased mine a few months ago with good reviews but haven't used mine yet. They are $100 guns at the store but I got mine brand new(still in the plastic) for $50 shipped on Ebay. I know it is inexpensive and it is supposed to spray well. I think this gun is very similar to Len's primer gun he was selling... Here is a picture.

A good durable and consistant gun would probably be a Devilbiss Finishline 3 HVLP with a 1.5 tip for all-purpose use or 1.3 tip for bc/cc for around $100 and if it was me I would probably get a Dura-block 7003 GMS for $129 or the 7001 if you like the convential type for only $95. There have been many good reviews on the Dura-block guns and the cup swivels, so it would be hard to go wrong with either of these guns in my opinion for a $100-$150 dollar paint gun and Len even sells them on the site at the best prices around. Best of luck.......

I agree with Stealth if you want to put just a little more money with it. I was looking at the cheapest possible...
