The paint materials alone are going to cost your $150 - $200. Spray gun $150 for a lesser expensive decent quality gun). Air compressor - $400 - $2,000 (depending on degree of quality compressor) add another $200 -$400 for air lines, water traps, filters, regulators. Air sanders, grinders - $300 - $400 for decent quality sanders, more for top quality sanders. Makita buffer to buff out the clear after wetsanding the new clear - $220.00
So far you're up to $1370.00 for repairing that small dent. You might want to take it to a shop that does quality work so that the car retains its proper resale value (as opposed to getting the dent repaired "on the cheap", where the quality will be questionable at best, really bad at worst).

it doesnt need any paint work all it needs to be pulled ?
I'd probably hit the local used car lots and ask who they use as a "Paintless Dent Repair" service. You may be able to get it removed for a hundred or two but you want to find a good PDR guy or you won't be happy with the fix.
