When I scuff my primer surfacer in preparation for primer sealer then go over it with the Pre cleaner it appears that it removes the scratchs. Are they still there and I just can't see them? Thank You

What grit did you scuff your primer with?
Using a standard "grease and wax remover" you'll be cleaning away dust and contaminants from the surface. If the primer is your standard 2K material the scratches will remain and not affected by the solvent. Don't use heavy solvents like enamel reducer or lacquer thinner for cleaning, use a product that is designed to be used for this purpose. Spraying on the cleaner with a pump or pressurized sprayer then wiping it with clean paper towels is the best method we've found to do this task.
