This was probably the most annoyed I'd ever been doing bodywork. In the sun and pushy car salesmen getting mad cause they wanted it faster. The worst was the pressure and the fact the mobile trailers aren't equipped to do bodywork. Had to bring a bunch of stuff from home. I would have door skinned it but they didn't want to give it to their shop cause they want it for the weekend to sell. About 5 hours on this. The door was horrible. The picture gives it no justice.

This was taken before I guided it with 180 and cleaned it up. Yes I know what's wrong with it. It feels ok. A lot better than what their part changers could do with it. Tomorrow I paint. Cool truck!

is that matrix primer?

plc= pile it on primer=poly. :)

They at first wanted me to do with Rattle can. I told them that's like throwing rocks at a tank.

Probably hit it with 320 dry then 600 and work on the body line a bit and blend the door, rear door, and fender.

The owner of the company. They charged only $700 and I get 35% so when taxes are taken out I'm pretty much ripping myself out. These people at the dealership are nuts too. They only point out the bad. There was also a dent on the rocker behind the door which they said they didn't want to take care of but now they do and don't want to pay more for it. They're insane with their nosy salesmen bugging me every 10 minutes.

Here's some pics of it done.

The owner of the dealership was real happy with it but they asked my boss that I also fix the rocker dent...for free. They're nuts. I'll take a towel and hammer and give it a few whacks but have to stand my ground on that one.
