I want to try it in a local shop here in Detroit. I've tried other services before but this would be my first time with steam cleaning. According to their website, their professional detailing services (http://www.detailxperts.net/) has a patent-pending process that uses no harsh detergents which pollute the Earth but specially formulated chemicals and wiping cloths that harm neither the vehicle, nor the environment. And that they uses only organic cleaning methods. Any ideas on this? Thanks!:)

If you're just having a car cleaned I'd say give it a try. If you're thinking about purchasing the equipment and going into the business then a lot more research is involved. You might want to contact (PM) Robert and get his input of your planning on purchasing tools, he's been detailing cars for a long time and may have some experience with this type of cleaning equipment.
