Ive gone to a couple jobbers and no one has been able to help me unfourtunatly.

Its for a set of wheels i got a friend that wants two sets of in wither yellow or orange.

I need it to be basecoat / clearcoat.

But beware...they are not lightfast...they will fade in the sun and rather quickly. These colors are good for show vehicles that won't see much sunlight....I don't know of a light fast fluo paint...they all seem to loose their luster after even a limited amount of sunlight...I guess its what makes them fluorescent...the reactivity sort of fades with exposure...

WOW, those hurt my eyes!!!

Nothing to add that hasn't already been said.

Maybe a florescent powder-coat would be more 'light-fast'???

Yea it WILL FADE over a relatively short time. HOK makes these in little bottles. These and the glow in the dark pearls are only designed for pinstripes. Thoses rims are powder coated, though. Paowder coating finishes are designed to last.
