I'm looking at spraying 1K or 2k paint. Firstly my compressor is rated at 210L/min, 7.4 CFM so are there any guns that will work at this volume. Pressure rating is 8 bar, tank 24L.
Second, if I can get a suitable HVLP gun what are the optimum tip sizes for top coat and primer
thanks

I would go with an Astro LVLP with the 1.4 tip for a good all around gun that would work OK with the compressor you have for panel painting. The 1.4 tip would work well for single stage and basecoat/clearcoat jobs and for primer too and they should have some tip kits for doing higher build primers.
With the compressor you have even with the best of guns it will be working overtime to keep up. Basic spec for shooting a whole car is 60 gallon tank with 10cfm@90psi. With your compressor I would use only solid colors no metallics so you don't run into striping when running low on air. Best of luck............
