I'm looking for a small gun for high build primers. I don't need a big quart cup, as I do motorcycles. I also don't have the air for 12-16 cfm guns. Is there a touchup type gun out there that will do the thick stuff?

Almost any detail gun with a 1.2 fluid tip will spray most DTM and 2K primers. We use a DeVilbiss SRi and a Sata Mini Jet for both primer and top coat on small jobs but we clean them real well after every use.

For a less expensive gun you could try the DeVilbiss Startingline and DeVibiss says that there is a 1.3, 1.5 and 1.8 tips available but I'm not sure I can get the tips for that gun since I've never tried.
