Another Newbie paint question

Hi guys,

I am having dramas with a paint gun at work.

When I mix the paint, as I have always done, all I am getting is the paint "pulsing" from the gun instead of a steady flow. It is most annoying. Any thoughts?

you have an air leak somwhere. Either at the tip for an gravity feed or on a suction feed gun it could be leaking air at the stem to gun connection or at the air cap. What brand and model of gun are we talking about ? Most guns have a gasket between the fluid tip and the gun body. That gasket goes bad eventually and it will cause the gun to pulsate.
