This is giong to be a challenge. We put a deadline for my son to drive this car before Fall this year. Tough for us as we have so many other irons in the fire. Time will tell. God Bless.

After I resize these it's hard to discern the details. maybe this will give an idea of what a mess it is. And it is a mess. Thanks for the Picklex-20 Len. And the 670 gun.

If your Monte Carlo has the plastic inner fenders you should change them to the metal ones.

The plastic ones crack and if you ever get a small engine fire, they'll burn up and leave a melted mess all over the place (...don't ask...)

Thanks for the advice.
It does have steel inner fenders.

I hope to pick this project back up sometime over the Winter or next Spring....God Permitting.

I love the older Monte's!!!!!!!

I had a 71 almost complete when a caddy totalled it, pushing it across the street in to a fire hydrant and a wall.

I went to the chevy dealer at the time to purchase a new car, someone had just traded in a 70 monte...... I drove that home!

Good luck with it man!

We talked for awhile....(30 min.)
